Her dual background in financial journalism and fintech product strategy gives her a sharp eye for separating genuine platform innovation from marketing noise. She holds an MSc in Financial Economics from the London School of Economics.

Hiring FAQ
Do I need to be based in a specific country?
No. We hire across Europe and support async collaboration. You should be available for overlap hours between 10:00 and 15:00 CET on most working days.
Is prior experience in P2P lending or crowdlending required?
Not necessarily. We value strong analytical, writing or technical skills. Domain knowledge can be learned on the job, and we provide onboarding resources.
What tools does the team use?
We use Notion for project management, Slack for communication, GitHub for code and data workflows, and Google Workspace for documents and spreadsheets.
How long does the hiring process take?
Typically 2-3 weeks from application to offer. We aim to respond to every application within five working days.
Are internships available?
