Emma manages TopPulse's platform review programme, developing the methodology that ensures every review is comprehensive, comparable and fair. She spent five years at Which?, the UK's largest consumer advocacy organisation, testing and reviewing financial products. She then moved to Hargreaves Lansdown where she worked on client-facing research content and platform comparison tools. At TopPulse, she applies rigorous consumer-testing principles to crowdlending platform assessments. Emma studied Journalism at the University of Sheffield.
