She spent five years at Which?, the UK's largest consumer advocacy organisation, testing and reviewing financial products. She then moved to Hargreaves Lansdown where she worked on client-facing research content and platform comparison tools. At TopPulse, she applies rigorous consumer-testing principles to crowdlending platform assessments. Emma studied Journalism at the University of Sheffield.
